Architecture nowadays tends to offer unexpected qualities translated in different scales. The UIA info point provides information for a specific event combined with a new meeting point for Turin city. Distributing space and place, transmitting architecture. An element that claims attention, remains in the memory and invites to return. The new meeting point moves from “next to”  to  “on top of”, creating a space with 360º view, shaped in different levels, where people can talk, seat, rest and meet other people.
