The new Tourism Office of Alto Tâmega, to be built on Jardim do Taboado, intends to transmit an intangible dimension that defines the region.

The building is located in a glade near the two roads, that define the boundaries of the park. The program is a simple large open space that occupies almost all the area designated for the exhibition room. The circular shape is key for the smooth integration of the object in the park and surrounding nature. The transparency aims to promote a immediate connection with the visitor.

The water mirror surface is a conceptual reference and a symbol of the Alto Tâmega region and its thermal springs.
