A compact building, defined by the boundaries of a simple volume, designed with geometric rigor based on an optimized modular grid. The proposal is a unified space, clearly defined, identified and intelligible.
The compact scheme enhances the perception of architecture as a hole; at the same time it maximizes resources, and optimizes inner circulations and distribution.
