Embedded in a small lot, the building reinterprets the traditional organization of the Oporto houses in a contemporary critical practice. A box, sharing dividing walls with the city block, is intercepted by two volumes. The box in translucent material (polycarbonate) seeks to capture as much light as possible into the house during the day and returns light to the city at night, sometimes in an act of collective sustainability, sometimes as individual assertion.

The volumes that intersect the box are responsible for organizing all the spaces inside the house. Due to their location, they suggest how is organized the remaining program.
The program is at any time, open and undefined, resulting in a strategy that allows multiple possibilities for spatial mutation.
