The project consists in the rehabilitation of a pre-existing Douro estate, aiming for a charm touristic facility. It seeks to maintain all the existing asset value, with an architectural gesture that seeks to combine a sober contemporary personality with the history of the place.

The space is inspired by a secular regional theme, one that represents a dedicated tribute to the wine making tradition of this world famous region.
