The factory for the future will be hyper-efficient and sustainable, increasingly modularized with interchangeable lines that can be easily reconfigured for multiple production batches and adaptable for the future production needs. Architecture should cooperate by creating a space that allows innovation and adaptation, with clean, opened spaces, fully natural illuminated, allowing workers, developers, product designers and production technicians to work in open, airy environments, warped in a sustainable “skin” that identifies Coficab and its business.

The skin that wraps the building aims for recognition and differentiation, allowing Coficab to distinguish itself in the market and have an upper-hand against its competitors. The facade folding serves multiple needs and variables: it follows structural principles, it allows natural light and ventilation in one side, and it provides support for the solar panels in the other, since its design is the outcome of the angle and optimal solar orientation. With a copper finish, the outcome is a geometric, rigorous, dynamic shape that defines the rigour and excellence of Coficab production.
